For Congregations
These services require access to the Data Services Login for Congregations
- Certification of Membership 2009: All UUA member congregations are asked to complete this process, between November 17, 2008, and February 2, 2009, at 5 p.m. PT. The membership number you supply during this process will determine the number of voting delegates your congregation can send to General Assembly, as well as your congregation's Annual Program Fund Fair Share (FY 2010) contribution to the UUA.
- Congregational Membership and Address Updates: You can update your congregation's address, telephone, fax, email, website, and statistics at any time. The information will appear in the "Find a Congregation Near You" section of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) website, as well as in the UUA Directory. Note: You are asked to verify this information as part of the Certification of Membership process.
- UU World Circulation List Management: You can update your congregation's Circulation List as new members join, so they will begin receiving the quarterly UU World magazine mailings. Please allow four to eight weeks for changes to be processed. Congregational staff are encouraged to view these lists several times per year in order to update addresses that have been marked "invalid" by the USPS.
- Congregational Elected Board and Staff Packet: Log in to view and print your Congregational Elected Board and Staff Packet. The packet collects data for the UUA Directory, as well as to maintain the subscription list for InterConnections.
