Each year at General Assembly, we recognize just a few of the more than 1,000 dedicated Unitarian Universalists who have passed on during the previous year with an 'In Memoriam' Video which is now available online.
New Charitable Gift Annuity Rates
In light of the current economic conditions, the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) is following the recommendation of the American Council on Gift Annuities (ACGA) to lower our annuity rates. The new rates will take effect February 1st, 2009. READ MORE >
UUA Office of Legacy Gifts Announces Interactive Multimedia Planned Giving Presentations
A series of ten presentations designed to engage and educate individual Unitarian Universalists (UUs) and congregations about various planned giving options are now available. The presentations tell the story of how one or more gift plans can help generous donors achieve their financial and charitable goals. The 2009 Charitable IRA Rollover
Now individuals over the age of 70 ½ can make annual tax-free deductions in 2009 of up to $100,000 from their IRAs directly to their congregation, the UUA, or other UU entity. This is a limited time opportunity. READ MORE >
