Officers Enumerated
Elected Officers. The elected officers of the Association shall be a Moderator, a President, and a Financial Advisor.Appointed Non-salaried Officers. The appointed non-salaried officers of the Association shall include one or more Vice Moderators, a Secretary, and a Recording Secretary and may include such other officers as the Board of Trustees may appoint.
Appointed Salaried Officers. The appointed salaried officers of the Association shall include a Treasurer, and may include one or more vice presidents, assistant treasurers, and such other officers as the Board of Trustees may determine.
